Positioning
What you sell, to whom, and why they should pick you over what they use today. One sentence people can repeat without reading it out. Everything else is a choice of channel.
- Audience
- Value proposition
- Competitive picture

Marketing is not ads. It is deciding what you sell, to whom, and why they should pick you - and then sending that message through channels where every step can be measured. We start with the positioning, not with the budget.
See what you getSix parts that hang together. Ads without positioning get expensive, and positioning without measurement is just an opinion.
What you sell, to whom, and why they should pick you over what they use today. One sentence people can repeat without reading it out. Everything else is a choice of channel.
The words used everywhere else too: website, ads, email, the sales meeting. Written once, not reinterpreted in every channel by a different person.
The path from first visit to paying customer, split into steps that can each be measured. Where people drop off is what gets fixed first, not where the traffic comes in.
Google, Meta and LinkedIn once there is something worth scaling. We start small, stop what does not work and only increase what pays for itself.
Welcome flows, follow-up and win-back. The cheapest channel you have, because the list is yours and no platform can turn its reach down.
Events set up so you can see which channels produce revenue, not just traffic. GA4, goals on the forms, and a report short enough to be read.
From idea to production. Four steps, and we do not disappear after the third.
We go deep into your problem before writing a single line of code.

What people tend to ask before they set a budget aside.
No. Anyone who guarantees that is guessing. We promise to measure, to say so early when something is not working and to stop it, rather than spending the budget out because it had been set aside.
An estimate after a conversation. The work is priced on its own, the ad budget goes to the platform in full, and the accounts are created in your name so you own both the money and the history.
Paid advertising gives numbers in the first week. Organic search and content take months, and there is no shortcut that changes that. Which is why it is usually right to start with both.
Not necessarily, but traffic to a page that does not convert is money straight out. We look at the page and the numbers before we buy visits to it.
More on website and SEO →Both. We can set up and hand over with documentation, or keep running them. Either way the accounts are in your name, so you keep the data and the history the day we stop.
Revenue, qualified enquiries and what a customer costs to acquire. Impressions, followers and likes are not reported as results, because they are not.
